Subaru is ready to unveil the all-new 2013 Outback at the New York International Auto Show (April 6-15). This edition of the Outback will be getting new style, improved powertrain and many more excellent features.
The Outback will be available in base, Limited and Premium models, all of which will be getting a new grille, fog lights, headlights and front bumper, alongside a now-adjustable roof rack that will make room for larger items.
The choice of transmission is between a six-speed manual and Lineartronic CVT. The CVT version is projected to get 24 mpg in the city and 30 on the highway, which is compared with the 2012's 22 city, 29 highway. Some of the features that will be optional are keyless access and start, a driver-seat memory system and the all-new EyeSight driver-assist system.
The new Outbacks should be available by this summer, but we'll keep you updated. In the meantime, stay tuned for more pictures from the Auto Show, and if you simply can't wait to own an Outback (we understand), click here to view our new and used Subaru Outback online inventory.
