Here's an app that was posted by Lifehacker called Vokul, it's a voice-recognition application that can be used somewhat like the iPhone 4s' Siri. The app isn't quite as extensive as Siri; you can't ask "her" where to buy something, what to do this Friday or how much an air conditioner costs, but you can text hands-free as well as play and pause your music, among other things. And since the app is completely hands-free, it is safe to use while you're driving.Check out the video below - it's not perfect, but if you're like me and stuck to a year-long contract with the iPhone 3 or 4, it may be just what you're looking for.
